Bookkeeper/ Office Manager

Since 2016, Clean World Solutions (CWS) has led a team of local experts in serving client needs for mold, water, smoke, and fire restoration, along with duct and rug cleaning. CWS is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking to add customer-centric professionals with an attention to detail to our workforce. A Monmouth County, New Jersey-based small business, we currently serve clients in states as north as Maine, and as south as North Carolina.
Job Description
- Plays a critical role in ensuring our company’s financial operations run smoothly.
- Manage financial records, oversee transactions, and prepare accurate financial statements, including compiling and reviewing financial statements to support tax filings and client planning.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledgers and ensure all financial transactions comply with established procedures.
- Be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (required)
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service

- A valid driver’s license (required)
- Must be able to communicate in English
